What is First Aid and CPR?
Wounded Bear Medicine offers First Aid and CPR courses focused on practical life-saving skills, patient assessment, and confident emergency response, taught by instructors with real-world wilderness and remote medicine experience.

First Aid & CPR

4-8 Hour Courses Offered

  • First Aid and CPR provides an introduction to basic life-saving skills.

  • During this course, students will learn how to recognize signs and symptoms of a heart attack and learn how to provide CPR. They will also learn how to assess a patient in order to provide first aid care.

  • Upon successful completion students will receive 2 year certification in First Aid & CPR. Certifications may be issued by either American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

  • $95-150 person

    Students in First Aid & CPR courses must be at least 18 years old to participate. No previous medical training is required.
